An Electrical Engineer (DEE & B-Tech), possesses more than 25 years of rich and diversified experience in concept to commissioning for various green field projects in Energy sector viz HT & EHT Substations (GIS and AIS) upto 400KV and EHT transmission lines upto 800KV, Hydro Power plant, Thermal power plants, Solar and Wind projects in India and Abroad.Worked in various corporates (MNC) like TATA Projects, LLOYD Group, NCC, ECI, Aster, SEL and MEIL for Business Development, Tendering (On line & off line), Contracts, Procurement, project planning & monitoring, project execution, Project Cordination, Engineering and Supply chain Management.
Having excellent customer relations with Central and State utilities like PGCIL, OPTCL, GETCO, RRVPNL, MSETCL, MPPTCL, CSPTCL, HVPNL, PTCUL, WBSETCL, JUSNL, APTRANSCO, TSTRANSCO, TANTRANSCO in India and BPCL in Bhutan.
He has proven track record of successfully managing large multinational Projects in Energy Sector. Completed various Transmission line projects succesfully in Haryana along with Tower design & Tower testing in a record time. Awarded by TATA Projects for improving profitability in APTRANSCO Projects in Andhra Pradesh. Succesfully completed 400KV Projects in Rajasthan for RRVPNL and in Andhrapradesh for APTRANSCO in record time. Bagged successfully 1600 Crore worth of order in Maharashtra from MSETCL. Successful JV Bidding for 220KV GIS tender in PTCUL, Uttarakhand by forming Joint Venture with GIS manufcaturer in abroad.
Further adding feather to his cap, he has completed special training on Substation designing and automation in PSTI / NPTI (Bangalore), Special course in "Management development program" in COD (Hyderabad), Special course in "Winding of Transformers, Motors and Generators" in MCTI, Qualified "Internal quality auditors" for ISO 9000: 2000 version, Possessed "Electrical Supervisor's License " from ELBO- Odisha, Holding Certification for "Ethical Alliance Anti- Bribery & Corruption Specialist".


Er Suresh Chandra Naik
(EX-HOD, RMD, SAIL, RSP, Rourkela)

EXPERIENCE OF "CHIEF TECHNICAL ADVISER-CUM-PROMOTER"

An electrical engineer, passed out from NIT, Rourkela (then REC), in the year 1978 and still maintaining the passion to learn and apply engineering ideas productively.His professional carrier starts from SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant, a large scale &multi-dimensional engineering work house. After successfully trained abroad in UK,the major responsibilities performed aresystematic O & M of the shops/ units (SMS, HSM & RMD), Project implementation for augmentation, modification or up gradation, inventory management,implementation of IMS, TQM, Occupational Health & Safety and achieve energy optimisation.His key contributions were commissioning and stabilisation of Continuous Caster in Steel Melting Shop, capacity augmentation of Raw Material Department from 5.5 MT to 12.5 MT,savings in mill DC motor failure, 2 crore / year in Hot Strip Mill & Energy saving of 66 lakh /year in RMD.

His keys for success arepersistent innovative approach,diagnostic problem analysis& solution, continual skill building endeavour and bringing in timely changes in technology and management culture. Moreover, his strong practical fields are automation of drives and equipment by developing logic and control philosophy, integration of instruments & machine through PLC, SCADA & IED, electrical motor control & protection by proper thermal modelling,Substation design and protection, energy study and formulating safety standards of operation & maintenance.

After his retirement from SAIL, in 2014, his design & engineering concepts are further strengthened by performing as Top level Expert and Chief Proof Engineering Consultant, under another PSU, Wapcos, for evaluation of designs and planning for implementation of 85 no of Mega lift and major irrigation projects in Odisha, up to May, 2021 for nearly 6 years.He had, also performed as "visiting electrical safety auditor", under banner of National Safety Council, for Steel Plants, Tata Refractory, IOCL & Medium Industries and developed a comprehensive "O & M philosophy" literature for training and immediate implementation in organisation.

EXPERIENCE OF "Design & Engineering Consultant "

From 1967, starting from TTPS continued with Govt. of Odisha, State Electricity Board , Grid Corporation of Odisha & Retired as CE/Sr.GM in the Year 2002.
Post retirement, engaged as Consultant to various Steel Industries in Odisha State for their Electrical installations.
Finally, associated with Sidharth Engineering, a reputed EPC firm of Bhubaneswar, since 2012 till 08/2018 as Consultant.
Special trait in EHV installations : Design, Erection, testing & commissioning.

EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT DIRECTOR (NORTH REGION)

BE (Metallurgy) in First Division from University of Roorkee in year 1970. Joined the Indian Air Force in Jan, 1971 as a Commissioned Officer in Technical Armament Branch. Completed Intra Branch Conversion Course (IBCC) to became AE(M) Officer in year 1976 in "Air Force Technical College, Bangalore", which was equivalent to Mechanical Engineering. During KARGIL operation, he was actively involved in the management of weapons of IAF in western sector. In the year 2001, he was selected as technical member of a delegation to BULGARIA for testing, evaluation and procurement of certain weapons for IAF. He was posted to HQ Central Air Command, Allahabad w.e.f. Apr, 2002 and worked as Command Armament Officer. Served INDIAN AIR FORCE (IAF) for more than 30 years till 2003. He is having vast experience in Telecom, Transmission lines and substations since year 2003 onwards. Worked for many T&D projects in Haryana for HVPNL, in Madhya Pradesh for MPPTCL, in Jharkhand for JUSNL and NTPC.
